Has there been any work completed on a mobile version of CWIS?
If yes, any idea when it is expected to be released?

Mobile Version of CWIS
We're not planning on developing an explicitly mobile device UI for CWIS at Scout at this time, but we are working on a plugin that allows you to specify a different UI to be loaded when a mobile device is detected.
The new plugin should be available late next week (12/7), and will work with the current release of CWIS.
